At Northern Pass Properties, we believe in true partnership with our owners—we only make money when you do. If you collect pro-rated rent, we earn a pro-rated commission. It’s that simple!

We also offer 1-year management agreements for an additional 1%, with standard pricing based on properties located within El Paso city limits. Properties outside the city limits are subject to a 1% higher rate to accommodate additional travel and service time.

Every applicant screening includes a credit report with score, rental verification, employment verification, and a criminal background check—ensuring we place only qualified tenants in your property.
